Our Visitors
On Friday, the 2nd march, our class (11eu) was visited by four elderly gentlemen, Klaus Müller, Norbert Paterotz, Ernst-Erich Buder and Hajo Michaelis, all former students of the Schiller – Gymnasium. While they were enjoying the cake and tea provided for them by the class, they told us about their time and their experiences at Schiller. They had all graduated in 1957. All in all, it was striking how little has changed over the last 50 years. The way they described their teachers, their problems and their fun at school seemed strangely familiar. They even got their teeth checked at the same dentist our class went to a couple of years ago!
With the ex-Schillers chatting away merrily, the lesson was over much too soon. Nevertheless it was enjoyed all participants.
